How I Found Highgate

Deciding to move to Highgate Place was easy for Mona Doepel. She had lived in two Castle & Cooke communities previously, so she knew the kind of quality to expect. And she wasn’t disappointed. For Mona, Highgate at Seven Oaks is the most beautiful Castle & Cooke community yet!

Parkshire at Highgate

The wait is over! The Parkshire Pool & Pavilion is officially open. The inaugural event included food by Coconut Joe’s and “adult” drinks by the Tap Truck. Kids had a blast in the pool, on the playground, and made smores at the fire pit. There was even live music by the TCB Band!

Highgate Elementary

Mona Doepel is an educator, and knows the importance of community involvement. Having Highgate Elementary School located within the community makes getting involved easy for parents, by walking kids to school, picking them up after school, and even volunteering in the classroom.

Efficient, Gorgeous, & A Dog Park

Highgate at Seven Oaks has been an impressive community since its debut. When Mona Doepel bought her home in Highgate Place, one of the things that impressed her most was the efficiency of buying process. And the fact that she now has a brand-new dog park for her favorite doggo!

Highgate Dog Park

Highgate at Seven Oaks has many wonderful parks. But when it was time to create another one, Castle & Cooke wanted something different. Something people and pets could both enjoy. And that was when the idea for Highgate Dog Park was born. Now that idea is a reality! Woof-woof!

With the introduction of the Parskshire Pool & Pavilion, Highgate residents now have two resort-style recreational facilities to explore all located behind the privacy gates !

Highgate Halloween

Twas a night before Halloween and all through the park, ghouls and goblins came out after dark! They played all the games, ate all the treats, even rode a horse-drawn wagon in the streets. Now they are gone, in bed for the night, but they’ll be back next year to give us a fright!
