When the Brown family was considering buying a home in Highgate Park, they had never purchased a “new construction” home, and they had lots of questions. Highgate Sales Associate Michelle January had all the right answers. Now the Browns are happy Highgate homeowners!

The Right Floor Plan

Finding the right floor plan for your family is easy when you have so many to choose from. The Brown’s love the open feeling of their new Great Room; there’s plenty of space for the guests they enjoy entertaining.

One of the newest features in Highgate at Seven Oaks is the Highgate Dog Park. With separate areas for large dogs and small dogs it’s a great place for puppers to run and play. And it’s part of the new Highgate Linear Park that connects to the Kern River Bike Path.

Riding Bikes to Highgate Elementary

One of the best features for families in Highgate at Seven Oaks communities is the new Highgate Elementary School. It’s so close, kids can walk or ride their bikes to school right in their own community! As Quinlan Brown says, “It’s nice to see kids and families out and about!”

Driving Into Highgate

“Wow Factor!” That’s how Yesenia Brown describes the feeling of driving through the gates of Highgate Park. Her husband thinks it’s almost like Disneyland! They’re both right, of course. The landscaping, the amenities, the homes…everything about Highgate says “Wow!”

Buying a home is a journey. And on that journey, you need a realtor who will be there for you to the end. That’s why Mona Doepel loved working with Highgate Sales Associate Reyna Martinez. In her words, “Reyna has ‘heart’ for the journey, which is something that can’t be taught.”

Wouldn’t it be nice to live in a community you can be proud of? That’s how the Brown family feels about Highgate Park. It’s the kind of community where every day kids are playing, neighbors are chatting, and life just feels like it couldn’t get any better!

The Location

They say real estate is all about “Location, Location, Location!” And Mona Doepel loves the location of Highgate Place. It’s close to her children and grandchildren, it’s quiet and peaceful, there’s less traffic, and everything she needs is easy to get to…it’s perfect!

The Brown’s weren’t even thinking of moving, but then they saw Highgate Park, and, well… That’s how quickly it can happen when people see how much Highgate at Seven Oaks communities have to offer! Beauty, privacy, and high quality Castle & Cooke homes…it’s all here.

Sold on the Community

When Mona Doepel bought her home in Highgate Place, it wasn’t only the house that helped make the decision, it was the community itself – the friendliness, the beauty, the community “vibe” – and knowing that the quality of a Castle & Cooke community would never disappoint her.
